Here's who I am & what I do:
My name is Vanessa Hughey, and I am a Children's Educator. An Educator in my opinion, is someone who exemplifies the fruits of the spirit. Galatians 5:22 says: But, the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and faithfulness.
To teach and reach children, those fruits must be produced within.
My biggest goal is to help children learn, grow, and begin to express their emotions with the use of their voice. Social emotional skills are very important in terms of learning cognitively, as well as physically.
Everyday we are learning, growing, and teaching even as adults. Teaching is a form of love.
1 Corinthians 16:14 Let all that you do be done in love.

The goal
Carol's Angels Learning Corner was created to support families who believe learning should be gentle, meaningful, and rooted in encouragement. We Provide homeschool-friendly literacy resources, story-based learning, and faith-centered inspiration for parents and children. Our mission is to help little learners grow in confidence while reminding parents they are doing sacred work.

Enrichment Class Cancellation Policy
Enrichment Class Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because class spots are limited and reserved in advance, please follow this policy: Cancellations 24+ Hours in Advance
Families who cancel at least 24 hours before class may receive a class credit valid for 30 days.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
Illness
Please keep sick children home and contact us as soon as possible. A class credit may be provided for illness-related cancellations at our discretion.
Class Cancellations by Carol’s Angels
If we cancel a class, families may choose a full refund or transfer to another available class.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult. Please arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up.Thank you for helping us keep our classes safe and enjoyable for every child! 💕

Welcome! I am Vanessa & I have my Associates & Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Master's Degree in Psychology. Specialization- Child & Adolescent Development. I love creating crafts, learning songs, and games to further learning development. Every child has their unique way of learning and I look forward to exploring that direction with you and your child.
